EV Workshop Returns typically refers to the
process of returning spare parts and services that were issued to a workshop
job card.
This process is performed after the EV Job Card Invoice is generated, typically in cases where the customer raises a request or when an error has occurred during the job card process by an employee or mechanic.

Process Flow to Access EV Workshop Return:
Go to Electric
Vehicle module → Service→ Billing→ EV
Workshop Returns.
Catalogue View Page
Click on New option to proceed with the new
EV Workshop Returns
Select the Job card invoice from the drop
down for which you want to create the Workshop Return.
All the details like issue return
details and customer details will auto reflect.
Select a part from the drop-down list to
view all parts associated with the job card. You can then choose the specific
parts you want to return.
Go to the Service Details tab. Here, you can select a service from the
drop-down list to view all services associated with the job card and choose the
one(s) you want to return.
After entering all the details, please
recheck the information and click on save option to save the document.
You can check the document with the print preview option.
You can check the document with the print preview option.
