Dealer Purchase Order


OVERVIEW

Dealer Purchase Order - An EV Purchase Order (EV PO) is the official order created by a dealership to purchase electric vehicles from a supplier or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

The EV Purchase Order is usually generated after a purchase requisition has been approved and serves as a formal commitment to buying the requested vehicles.



Process Flow To access EV Purchase Order:

Go to Electric Vehicle module → Vehicles→ Procurement→ EV Purchase Order





Click On New option to create the new EV purchase order

 



User Interface (General Tab)




Start filling the details, like Purchase Requisition for which purchase order required, along with branch and other details like supplier.

  1. Select the right requisition from drop down.
  2. Once the requisition is selected, model will auto reflect with all the details.



3. Save the documents and click on PO Approval and again save the document.
4. Once the document is saved you can check the document from print preview option.
