How To Make EV Stock Requisition And Adjustment For Parts
Overview
Stock Adjustment in EKA is a critical
inventory control function used to align the system-recorded stock with the
actual physical stock available at a location. It ensures that the inventory
data in the system accurately reflects real-world conditions, enabling reliable
operations, reporting, and decision-making.
Navigation
Navigation: Part module → Inventory → EV
Stock Adjustment Requisitions → New
EV Stock Adjustment Requisition
- Enter the Branch, Requirement Date, Valid
Date, and Employee details.
- Under Part Details: Enter the Part, specify the Quantity to Add, select the UOM (Unit of Measure), add remarks (if any), and enter the Amount.
- After filling all necessary information, save the document to complete the stock addition or adjustment.
Navigation For EV Stock Adjustment
Navigation: Part module → Inventory → EV
Stock Adjustment → New
EV Stock Adjustment
Parts details will be auto populated. Save
the document. Select the Adjustment requisition; all information will auto
populate. Select employee in adjust by.
EV Stock Adjustment
To reduce parts from
stock, enter the quantity in minus (-) and save. Enter the amount and quantity;
all other details remain same as previous. Save the document.
