OVERVIEW
The EV Part Sale Allocation Requisition function is generally used to reserve, allocate, and requisition electric vehicle spare parts against a sales order, service order, or customer demand before the actual sale or issue of parts takes place.
Process Flow to Access EV Job Card Invoices:
Go to Electric Vehicle module Parts Sales EV Sale Allocation Requisitions.
User Interface
Field Description
- Open EV Part Sale Allocation Requisition (PSARQ) and click New.
Verify the Document Date, Branch, and Employee details. Select the required Sale Order from the dropdown list.
Verify that the correct Customer details are populated. Review the parts displayed in the Part Details section.
Check the Sale Order Quantity for each part. Enter the required Allocation Quantity (Qty) against each part.
Verify the Stock Location and ensure stock availability. Click Save to generate the PSARQ document and reserve the stock.
Complete the approval process (if applicable) and proceed with Parts Issue/Sales Invoice.
