Overview

The EV Part Stock Transfer process allows a branch to transfer EV parts from one branch to another depending on part availability. The system ensures correct part, quantity, and branch details.


Navigation Path - Requisition

Electric Vehicle → Parts → Inventory → EV Stock Transfer Requisitions


Create Requisition

Select from branch (raising branch), select to branch, select employee. Add parts, quantity, remarks and save the document. Then proceed to part stock transfer document.



Navigation Path - Outward

Electric Vehicle → Parts → Inventory → EV Stock Transfer Outwards




Outward Entry

Select from branch and to branch, issue by and issue to. Parts and details auto-populate from requisition. Save the document.


Navigation Path - Inward

Electric Vehicle → Parts → Inventory → EV Stock Transfer Outwards

Inward Process

Select transfer outward document number. Details auto-populate. Select received by and save the document.
