OVERVIEW

EV Job Card Invoice refers to the invoice generated after an electric vehicle service or repair job is completed. It serves as the official billing document for the service work performed on the EV.

Process Flow to Access EV Job Card Invoices

Go to Electric Vehicle module → Service → Billing → EV Job Card Invoices.


Catalogue View Page

To check all the created invoices, you can select the filter option based on your requirement.



Filters and Data Loading

You can select the invoice type from the drop down, based on the requirement. Select the date range filter option from the drop down. Click on Load Data.























Invoice List

Once you apply all the filter based on your requirement, you will be able to see the list of all the created invoices.






Invoice Details

To check more details, open any of the invoice documents. You can view all the basic and model information under the General tab. To check service details, navigate to the Service tab.










































Print Preview

For better understanding and clarity, you can view the invoice in the Print Preview option, and from the same screen, you can print or download the invoice.
