Overview
It is the process of generating a final
invoice after completion of vehicle service or repair, using the job card as
the base reference. In this process, the payment mode is selected as Credit,
meaning the customer does not pay immediately and the amount is recorded as
outstanding to be paid later as per agreed terms.
Navigation
Electric Vehicle → Service → Billing → EV
Bill Job Card – Credit
User Interface
In the Job Card Details, select the job
card for which the invoice needs to be created and set the payment mode to
Credit. All relevant details will automatically be populated. Save the document
to create the invoice recorded as outstanding.
Print and Preview
In the Print and Preview section, you can
view the generated bill/invoice, print it, or convert it into PDF.
