EV Vehicle Stock Transfer Process (Branch to Branch)
Stock Transfer Requisition
Stock Transfer Requisition process allows
the user to raise a request to another branch for stock transfer. If a vehicle
is requested by end customer and the same is not available in branch, so this
branch can raise a request to another branch stating a request for a vehicle
with required number of qty.
The stock transfer requisition document captures the basic information such as
the name of branch who is raising the request and the name of branch to whom
the request is raised along with the name of employee.

Field Description: Stock Transfer Requisition
• From Branch:
Select branch raising the stock transfer requisition.
• To Branch: Select
branch to whom the stock transfer requisition is raised.
• Employee: Select
the name of employee who is raising the request.
• Reference No:
Enter reference no. if any.
• Model: Select
model number.
• Model Name:
Displays the model’s name.
• Qty: Enter the
number of required qty.
OVERVIEW: Stock Transfer Outward
EV Stock Transfer outward is the process by
which a vehicle(s) can be outwarded from one branch to another based on request
raised. Here, inventory of outwarded branch will be decreased depending on the
number of qty outwarded. User need to select the request document against which
they want to perform the transaction of stock transfer outward.
To access: Electric Vehicles → Inventory → Transfer → Stock Transfer Outward →
New

Field Description: Stock Transfer Outward
•Transfer Requisition: Select requisition document to create
outward document.
•From Branch: Displays the name of outwarded branch.
•To Branch: Displays the name of branch who raised
the request.
•Issued By: Select the name of person who is
issuing the model.
•Issued To: Select the name of person to whom the
stock is being issued.
•Model:
Displays the model no. taken in request document.
•Model Name: Displays the model
name.
•HSN Code: Displays the HSN code of the model.
•Chassis No: Select the chassis number against the
issuing model.
•Engine No: Displays the engine number against the
selected chassis.
•Total Cost: Displays the total cost of a model.
OVERVIEW: Stock Transfer Inward
EV Stock Transfer Inward process helps user
to record model quantity received from another branch. This document can be
created from Stock Transfer Outward document. Selection of transfer outward
document is compulsory as outward document is the parent document for transfer
inward. Once the stock transfer inward document is created, the number of qty
will be updated in inventory.

• Transfer Outward: Select outward documents to create inward documents.
• Received By: Select the name of employee who is receiving the model(s).
• From Branch: Displays the name of from branch.
• To Branch: Displays the name of to branch.
• Model: Displays the model number.
• Model Name: Displays the model's name.
• HSN Code: Displays the HSN code of the model.
• Chassis No: Displays the chassis number of the model.
• Engine No: Displays the engine number of the model.
• Total Cost: Displays the total cost of a vehicle.
