In the Excellon application,
Go to Electric
Vehicle module - Service - Planning - EV Service Feedback.
User Interface (Service Feedback)
Field Description - EV Service Feedback
Branch: Select the Branch .
Show Question template for
service: Select the respective service feedback.
Feedback Date: Select the
feedback date to generate the data.
Document Date: Display the document date to
generate the data.
Reg No: Select the registration number.
Customer: Select the
customer.
Mobile: Enter the mobile number.
Question: Display the question if
any.
Answer: Display the answer if any.
Remarks: Enter the remarks if any.
