OVERVIEW
EV feedback lead Process enables the user
to take the feedback from customer based on the enquiry for a specific model or
multiple models. It consists of various questions which users will ask to
customer. Based on the overall experience of the customer, the user will have
to capture the answer in the utility.
Process Flow to Access EV Feedback Lead
Go to Electric Vehicle module → Vehicle →
Planning → CRM → EV Feedback Lead.

EV Feedback Lead Screen Details -
Catalogue Page
The EV Feedback Lead screen contains
filters, lead details, customer details, vehicle information, source
information, campaign details, and activity tracking fields.
Branch: Select the
branch.
Recorded By: Name of user recording feedback.
Customer: Customer name.
Model: Vehicle model.
Vehicle: Vehicle name.
Financer: Financing institution.

Feedback Entry
Fill all the details and select the date
range. Select the feedback question from the predefined set of questions.
Select the date of feedback taken. Select the name of a person who has taken
the feedback.

Once all the details are applied through
feedback details filter option, you will see the information reflecting in this
catalogue page and from there you can add the customer’s answer and feedback.

Save Feedback
Once all the details are added, recheck it
and click on Save option to save the feedback details.
