EV Prospect process to be performed based on the buying interest of the lead. If a lead is interested in buying the EV, he is ultimately treated as a potential customer, and lead is converted into the prospect

Branch: select enquiry branch;
Prospect Type: choose lead type;
Recorded By: likely purchase timeline;
Recorded Date: enquiry date;
Salesperson: assign salesperson;
Assigned Date: assignment date;
Expected Closed Date: expected closure date;
Contact: select customer;
Financier: choose financier;
Financier Amount: enter loan amount;
Source: enquiry source;
Item: select item;
Item Name: choose product;
Color: select color;

Specification: add details;
Exchange Model: enter exchange model;
Exchange Mfg. Date: manufacturing date;
Exchange Expected Price: expected resale value;
More Details: additional notes;
Insurer Company: insurance provider;
Insurance Amount: insured value;
HSN Code: product code.

Field Description

Item: Select item;
Activity: Select activity name;
Activity Due Date: Enter due date;
Actual Activity Date: Enter actual completion date;
Actual Performed By: Select salesperson;
Activity Status: Enter activity status;
Completion Percentage: Enter progress percentage;
Next Follow Up Activity: Select next activity;
Next Follow Up Date: Enter follow-up date;
Next Follow Up Remarks: Add follow-up remarks;

Actual Performed By Name: Select performer name. 


 

The logic for follow up activity are as follows:

  1. There will be four follow up activity user can take based on customer interaction. Per requirement user can change the activity date.
  2. By default, First Follow Up activity will happen after 3 days of enquiry creation.
  3. Second Follow Up activity will happen after 6 days of last follow up taken.
  4. Third Follow Up activity will happen after 6 days of last follow up taken.
  5. Fourth Follow Up activity can be set by user as per customer convenience.
  6. User can view the applied filter at the bottom left corner of the window
