OVERVIEW
EV Leads process records the interest of a
customer in one or more models. Enquiry for models is obtained by various
sources such as reference, telephone, e-mail, SMS. An enquiry process captures
the basic information of customer such as name, address, age group, mobile,
e-mail id etc. Enquiries are generated with open status and remains so unless a
booking has been created for that Enquiry or it has been marked as ‘Drop Out’.
Using enquiry process, user can do follow ups and record further interactions
with customer.
PROCESS FLOW To access enquiry process:

Sales → EV Lead
User Interface (General Tab)
Field Description
Select the branch, lead type, enquiry
channel, and salesperson who recorded the lead, along with the recorded date,
source of information, and payment mode. Assign the lead to a salesperson,
specify the assigned date and expected closure date, and choose the POS,
transaction type, and GST details if applicable. Capture customer details
including name, contact, gender, date of birth, communication language,
address, and contact rating. Add vehicle details such as current two-wheeler,
model, color, HSN code, quantity, rate, E-vehicle type, discount, and top
preferences. If applicable, include exchange details like model, manufacturing
date, and expected price, along with any additional notes. Finally, enter tax
details including CGST & SGST percentages and amounts, FAME II subsidy, and
calculate the total payable amount.
User Interface (Activity Details)
Field Description
Select the financier details, including
financier, amount, estimate, and model-related information. Record activity
details such as performed by, activity type, due date, and actual activity
date. Specify actual performer, activity status, and completion percentage.
Plan follow-ups by adding next follow-up activity, date, and remarks. Finally,
include any additional remarks or notes if applicable.
User Interface (Test Ride)
Test ride feedback form is mandatory for
user to fill. When test ride offers to customer at the time of enquiry then
customer either can opt of test ride or can deny of taking.
Field Description
Select the activity, enter chassis number,
and choose slot date and time, along with the activity date. Define the
schedule by setting start and end dates and record the actual start and end
dates of the activity. Provide test ride details including test ride location
and address. If cancelled, capture cancel reason and cancel remarks; if
rescheduled, enter reschedule date and reason. Record feedback by entering
feedback date, question, answer, and remarks. Finally, update the activity
status based on progress.
