EV Service Incentive Master helps define and create incentive plans on several parametric conditions. OEM HO users and dealerships can define plans (dealership plans need HO approval). Incentives apply to groups and individuals - model, customer, company. Target type: Quantity or Value. Periods: Monthly, Fortnightly, Daily, Quarterly, Custom.

Document No: Auto-generated incentive document number.
Document Date: Displays the document creation date.
Branch: Select the branch.
Period Type: Monthly, Fortnightly, Daily, Quarterly or Custom.
From Date / To Date: Define applicability date range.
Target Type: Quantity or Value.
Applicability: Item, item family, customer group or payee.
Incentive Details: Display details of service incentive.
Eliminated Details: Display eliminated details of service incentive.
Remarks: Enter remarks if any.

OVERVIEW EV SERVICE INCENTIVE CALCULATION UTILITY
EV Service Incentive Calculation is a utility feature which helps to calculate and identify the incentive amount to be paid to respective user groups on achievement of set targets. Incentive amount can be overridden before accepting or rejecting. The utility shows achieved target, actual target and calculated amount.

Branch: Select the branch.
Period Type: Select the period type.
From Date / To Date: Select date range for calculation.
Payee / Payee Group: Displays the payee or payee group.
Achieved Target: Displays the achieved target.
Actual Target: Displays the actual target.
Calculated Amount: Displays the calculated incentive amount.
Override Amount: Enter overridden incentive amount.
Approve / Reject: Approve or reject with remarks.
Remarks: Enter remarks if any.

 



OVERVIEW EV SERVICE INCENTIVE APPROVAL UTILITY

OVERVIEW EV SERVICE INCENTIVE APPROVAL UTILITY
EV Service Incentive Approval Utility is used to approve calculated incentives. After verification, all details display in the approval utility. Approval is the last step after which the approved incentive amount is paid to the payee. Rejected records and verification remarks are also displayed for re-evaluation.
