 Document Date: Displays the document creation date.

Branch: Select the branch.

Period Type: Monthly, Fortnightly, Daily, Quarterly or Custom.

Applicable From Date: -  Displays the period from which the incentive scheme is applicable.

Applicable To Date:- Displays the period till which the incentive scheme is applicable

Target Type: Quantity or Value.

Applicability: Item, item family, customer group or payee.

Incentive Details: Display details of service incentive.

Eliminated Details: Display eliminated details of service incentive.

Remarks: Enter remarks if any.
