HOW TO CREATE EV SERVICE REMINDER

OVERVIEW EV SERVICE REMINDER
Service Reminder keeps a record of service performed
on a vehicle and reminds customers of upcoming services. It supports SMS /
Email. Reminder frequency: 15 days for 1st, 7 days for 2nd and 3 days before
3rd reminder. A shortcut on top of the screen allows creating a service
appointment.
PROCESS FLOW To access EV Service Reminder
In the Excellon application, go to Electric
Vehicle module - Service - Planning - EV Service Reminder.
User Interface (Service Reminder)
Field Description - EV Service Reminder
From Date: Select from date.
To Date: Select to
date.
Reminder Setting Filter: Select job type and reminder type.
Reg No:
Displays the registration number of customer.
Frame No: Displays the frame
number.
Model Code / Name: Displays the model code and name.
Date of Sale:
Displays the date of sale of vehicle.
Last Service Date: Displays the last
service date.
Customer Name / Mobile / Address / Mail: Displays customer contact
details.
Reminder Type / Job Type: Displays reminder and job type.
Expiry Date /
Service Due Date: Displays expiry and service due dates.
Media Type: Select the
media type for reminder (SMS / Mail).
Remarks: Enter remarks if any.
Remind Again
/ Next Reminder Date: Select check box and enter next reminder date.
Don't
Remind / Never Remind: Select check box accordingly.
Booking Date / Create
Booking: Select date and create booking.
Select: Select the check box to select
the vehicle.
