OVERVIEW


EV Free Service Claim is a utility in DMS that enables dealerships to process and claim complimentary/free service benefits provided to Electric Vehicle customers. The module helps track eligible free service schedules, generate service claims, maintain service records, and ensure timely reimbursement as per the manufacturer's service policy. This streamlines the claim process, improves transparency, and ensures accurate service benefit management for EV customers.


PROCESS FLOW To access EV Free Service Claim 


In the Excellon application, go to Electric Vehicle module → Vehicles→ Service→ Claim → EV Free Service Claim → New

Field Description (General)


Select the branch, supplier, repair type, from date & to date
Click on get data button

Claim data will be fetched from free type job cards
Save the Document.
