EV Purchase Claim

OVERVIEW

EV Purchase Claim refers to a claim raised by the dealer against the OEM/supplier for parts purchased when there is a discrepancy or issue with supplied parts.

Process Flow To Access EV Purchase Claim

Go to Electric Vehicle module → Parts → Procurement → EV Purchase Claim


Catalogue View Page

Click on New option to create the new purchase claim.


Create Claim Details


Start filling the details step by step.

Select your branch from the dropdown.

Select the supplier from dropdown (SCV Order or Bus order).

Select claim category (single or multiple).

Click on Create Claim option.

Claim Selection


Claim details will auto reflect on the right side.

Select the claim document to proceed.

Click on Get ClaimLine.

Finalize Claim


All claim lines will reflect after clicking Get ClaimLine.

Select claim posting type as Amount to Amount.

Recheck all claims and click Save to submit.

Print Preview

You can check the claim document using the Print Preview option.
