OVERVIEW

EV Claim Approval Utility is a workflow-based module in DMS that enables ASMs and Head Office (HO) management teams to review and approve service-related claims submitted by dealers or depots. The utility ensures proper validation and authorization of claims through a two-level approval process, improving claim accuracy, transparency, and compliance with warranty policies.

Approval Flow:
  1. Service Engineer Approval – Initial verification and validation of the submitted claim.
  2. Warranty DMS Approval – Final review and approval before claim settlement.


PROCESS FLOW To access EV Dispatches

In the  application, go to Electric Vehicle module → Vehicle → Service → Claim → Claim approval utility → Load Data


User Interface

  1. Select the company and date range
  2. Click on generate data
  3. Now, you can approve the claims and give the remarks of the approvals
  4. Save the documents
