OVERVIEW

EV Target Activity generally means the planned number of sales activities that should be performed to generate or convert EV (Electric Vehicle) leads and sales. Examples of activities: Finance and Insurance Assistance, Follow-up calls, Test drive appointments, Demo events, Product Demo, Road Show, Send SMS/Mail, EV awareness campaigns.

Process Flow to Access EV Target Activity

Go to Electric Vehicle module → Vehicle → Planning → CRM → EV Target Activity.


Target Activity Setup

Select branch to create target.
Select the period.
Select the period type.
Click on Get Data.



Select the salesperson and activity to be assigned.
Enter the target numbers in each month block and save the document.


Target Activity Example

In this document, a customer named Vishnu has been assigned to test ride activity with specific targets for the upcoming three months.
