Overview
EV CRM Incentive calculation Utility is
used by the sales superior to overview the calculation criteria of the
salespersons. It lets the user approve or reject the incentive document and
view incentive rewards and associated amounts.
Navigation
Electric Vehicle module → Vehicles →
Planning → CRM → EV CRM Incentive Calculation Utility.
Tab 1: Incentive Calculated Result
Purpose: Displays incentive amounts
calculated by the system including incentive scheme, eligible employees,
calculated amount, achievement details, and status.
Tab 2: Incentive Eligible Document
Purpose: Displays source documents used to
calculate incentives such as lead records, activity records, booking records,
delivery records, and salesperson diary records to verify calculations.
Incentive Calculation Steps
Select the required incentive.
Choose calculation type and incentive calculation type.
Define period type, from date and to date.
Optionally define target range. Click Get Data to fetch records.
System displays cumulative and basic incentive amounts.
Finally calculate incentive and approve or reject using available options.
