OVERVIEW: EV Stock Transfer

EV Stock Transfer process allows the user to transfer the stock from one branch to another at single instant based on its availability in an inventory. Here the essential details required to capture in the document is the name of branches, the employee who is issuing the vehicle. Selection of model code is mandatory. On this selection, the specified chassis along with engine number will appear wherein user have to select the specific vehicle which needs to be transferred.

Stock Transfer Requisition Process

Stock Transfer Requisition process allows the user to raise a request to another branch for stock transfer. If a vehicle is requested by end customer and the same is not available in branch, so this branch can raise a request to another branch stating a request for a vehicle with required number of qty. The stock transfer requisition document captures the basic information such as the name of branch who is raising the request and the name of branch to whom the request is raised along with the name of employee.

Stock Transfer Outward Process

EV Stock Transfer outward is the process by which a vehicle(s) can be outwarded from one branch to another based on request raised. Here, inventory of outwarded branch will be decreased depending on the number of qty outwarded. User need to select the request document against which the want to perform the transaction of stock transfer outward.

Stock Transfer Inward Process

EV Stock Transfer Inward process helps user to record model quantity received from another branch. This document can be created from “Stock Transfer Outward document”. Selection of transfer outward document is compulsory as outward document is the parent document for transfer inward. Once the stock transfer inward document is created, the number of qty will be updated in inventory.

EV Stock Adjustment Requisition document helps to keep track of all the requisitions placed by the departments and employees of various branches for adjustment of item. Adjustment requisition can be raised manually within the branch.

OVERVIEW: EV Stock Adjustment

EV Stock adjustment document is used for adjusting the stock in the branch. Stock can be adjusted manually by selecting the branch and the person who is adjusting the stock. It is then followed by Entering the vehicle details such as Engine Number, Chassis Number, Motor number, Frame Number, Cost price etc.

is a process by which EV are issued by a branch. Stock Issue can be created directly. The Stock issue document is used to issue the vehicle from one employee to other for different requirements such as campaign, advertising for short term purpose.
