OVERVIEW:
EV Sales Return Requisition

Sale Return Requisition document is used by the customer to create a request for returning the item. It selects the Model details for which the request is to be made with its Invoice Details. This process doesn’t reverse the inventory until the sales return is approved.

 

PROCESS FLOW

To access enquiry process:

In the Excellon 8.0 application, go to Electric Vehicle module → Vehicles→ Sales→ EV Sales Return Requisition
