EV Part Packing Slip usually refers to the document generated when electric vehicle spare parts or components are packed and dispatched from a warehouse, plant or parts store, dealership and service centre to OEM/Supplier location.

Process Flow To Access EV Part Packing Slip

Go to Electric Vehicle module → Parts → Procurement → EV Part Packing Slip


Catalogue View Page

Click on New option to create the new part packing slip.


Enter Details

Start filling the details with parent document.
 

Select the parent document from dropdown or enter manually.

Enter the number of boxes dispatched.

Enter the vehicle number in LR number section.

Claim Details and Save


Once you select the parent document, all claims associated will auto reflect under claim details section.

Recheck all details and click Save to store the document.

Print and Download


Check the document using Print Preview option.

Download the document using Print option.
