OVERVIEW EV BAY ALLOCATION


EV Bay Allocation is the utility where the dealership can assign a bay to all open job cards at one go. Filter criteria include the branch against which job cards were created along with the date range. Data generated includes job card, branch, customer, registration number and job card status.


PROCESS FLOW To access EV Bay Allocation

In the Excellon application,

Go to Electric Vehicle module - Service - Planning - EV Bay Allocation.

Field Description - EV Bay Allocation

Bay Filter: Display filter for allocation of Bay.
Branch: Select branch.
From Date: Select from date for generation of data.
To Date: Select to date for generation of data.
Job Card: Display the job card number.
Customer: Display the customer's name.
Registration No: Display registration number of vehicle.
Job Card Status: Display the status of job card.
Bay: Select the bay allocation.
