EV Part Sales Commission Calculation
Utility is used to display calculated Commission. Commission calculation or
verification which is the first step of 2 level approval process. The screen
would display the details of calculated Commission amount along with name of
payee or payee group. The user would have the provision to approve or reject
the Commission with provision to mention remarks
Further remarks entered in Commission
verification screen would be displayed in Commission report. Commission
verification would also display the details of eligible document so that the
user can verify the details captured at transactional level. After getting
approved or rejected in Commission verification screen all the records would go
for approval

Purpose
Displays commission amounts calculated by
the system.
This tab shows

Tab 2: Commission Eligible Document
Purpose
Displays source documents used to calculate
Commission.
Examples:
Lead records
Activity records
Booking records
Delivery records
Purchase Value and Margin Value
This helps verify Commission calculations.
Important Procedure -
Select the required commission for which
calculation needs to be performed.
Enter From Date and To Date for
calculation.
Click on Get Data to fetch eligible records
for calculation.
The system displays results including
Cumulative Commission Amount and Basic Commission Amount for each record.
Finally, you can Calculate Commission and
then use Approve All or Reject All to complete the process.
