OVERVIEW EV VEHICLE HISTORY

EV vehicle history is a detailed document that provides vehicle information. To obtain a vehicle history user need to know the vehicle registration number or chassis number or engine number. This gives the overall information about the vehicle such as number of job cards created along with its date. The repair type which shows the type of servicing is carried out, invoice number etc. It also shows the retro fitment detail along with value added services, its applicability and availing status. To check the history, enter engine number or registration number or chassis number in the vehicle field and click on GO command button.

EV Mechanic Allocation is a process where mechanic is allotted to all the ‘open’ or ‘work in progress’ Job Cards to perform the desired job. In this utility system filters all the job cards for which mechanic is required and thus it helps to provide mechanics for all the pending job at the same time.

OVERVIEW EV SERVICE REMINDER

Service reminder document keeps record of service performed on vehicle. It is useful to remind customer for their upcoming services. In service reminder there is a provision to of sending SMS. The data reflects as per date range filtration. Which displays the registration number, chassis number, model, date of sale along with last service date, customer name, customer mobile number, reminder type, job type, expiry date, service due date, remarks to capture concerns/clarifications etc. along with reminder columns. Reminder frequency would be 15 days for 1st reminder, 7 days for 2nd reminder and 3 days before 3rd reminder. A shortcut icon is given on top of the screen to create service appointment of the same customer if required.

The process of this utility is likely to be in a simple way if the battery of the new vehicle is damaged after six months, then in that warranty/guaranty period the battery can be changed, each battery has a unique number so when the customer gets the new battery in this utility user must mention and update the new battery number.

EV Service Incentive Master

EV Service Incentive Master document helps to define and create incentive plans on several parametric conditions. OEM HO users and Dealerships can define individual Incentive plans for them. Dealerships creating plans requires HO approval. HO user will verify the Incentive Master and can approve and publish for use. Incentives are applicable to group and individuals both – for model, customer, company etc. Incentives can be created based on target type as Quantity or Value (amount). And the period selection has provision of different variants like Monthly, Fortnightly, Daily, Quarterly, and Custom.

OVERVIEW EV SERVICE COMMISSION MASTER

is the screen where the user would define the commission configuration such as its execution dates, applicability details (item, item family, customer group, and payee) along with amount to be given as commission. It would also have the provision to define whether the commission is to be calculated on gross line amount (Before line discount) or on the net line discount (After line discount). It would also have the provision to exclude the taxation from commission calculation. Commission master would also have the provision to copy the commission set up executed in the past, this functionality would copy all the applicability and conditional details captured in the reference commission master.

EV Service Commission Calculation Utility

EV Service Commission Calculation Utility is used to display calculated Commission. Commission calculation or verification which is the first step of 2 level approval process. The screen would display the details of calculated Commission amount along with name of payee or payee group. The user would have the provision to approve or reject the Commission with provision to mention remarks.

Further remarks entered in Commission verification screen would be displayed in Commission report. Commission verification would also display the details of eligible document so that the user can verify the details captured at transactional level. After getting approved or rejected in Commission verification screen all the records would go for approval.

OVERVIEW: EV SERVICE COMMISSION APPROVAL UTILITY

 

EV Service Commission Approval Utility is used to approved calculated commission. After getting verified in the commission verification screen all the details would be displayed in commission approval utility. Commission approval utility is the last step of verification after which the approved commission amount would be paid to payee. commission approval screen displays all the details captured in commission verification along with provision to enter the approved commission amount. Commission approval would also display the records rejected in verification screen along with authority to approve the same.

To access EV Service Commission Approval Utility, follow the path as mentioned below:

In the Excellon application, go to Services module → Planning Incentive à EV Service Commission Approval Utility

EV Service Commission document, user will be able to see the documents related to Commission transactions and the target achieved documents for the mechanic or advisor or SM and ASM, User also can see in which document the transaction is being performing. Cancellation date, Type and remark is also available in-Service incentive document.
